Vivian’s Door
Gryphon implemented Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, which enabled the nonprofit to dramatically improve internal and external communication, collaboration, file sharing, and file storage. After performing the implementation, which required setting up a supportive structure within Vivian’s Door, Gryphon ported the nonprofit’s data to the new structure and trained the employees on how to use the solutions.
Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs
Gryphon Consulting implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365, enabling the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE) to reach more potential
members and donors — supporting their growth and mission to multiply Black prosperity through business. The organization is more organized in its management of donors and members and is set to raise more contributions.
Momentum Northwest is Seattle’s Junior Nordic Ski organization, founded in 2013. At the outset, they used Google Workspace to manage their volunteer-run non-profit. As the organization grew, they quickly realized that the technology they were using no longer met their needs. They were limited in their communications, registration systems were inadequate, and their own internal collaboration was a combination of Gmail and personal email accounts. They approached Gryphon Consulting to assist with migrating them to Microsoft 365. The immediate improvement came in how they could collaborate with each other and delegate roles and tasks within their team, enabling program managers to run their own programs without relying on someone to download and share Google Sheets or Docs.
