Momentum Northwest is Seattle’s Junior Nordic Ski organization, founded in 2013. At the outset, they used Google Workspace to manage their volunteer-run non-profit. As the organization grew, they quickly realized that the technology they were using no longer met their needs. They were limited in their communications, registration systems were inadequate, and their own internal collaboration was a combination of Gmail and personal email accounts. They approached Gryphon Consulting to assist with migrating them to Microsoft 365. The immediate improvement came in how they could collaborate with each other and delegate roles and tasks within their team, enabling program managers to run their own programs without relying on someone to download and share Google Sheets or Docs.
‘Moving to Microsoft 365 has transformed how we work with each other. I feel that I can now hand over my responsibilities as my child exits the program and another volunteer steps into my role without impacting the organization. Moving to Microsoft 365 with Gryphon’s help and support has given us all peace of mind knowing we’re on a platform that can grow as we do’, says Cheryl Salazar, Marketing Manager, Momentum Northwest.
